This functionality needs for rewrite conversions with the possibility of changing the status, cost and size of the payment.
To do this, go to the section Conversions -> Conversions -> select the desired conversion using the checkbox on the left side -> click Update Conversions

Then set the necessary new values:
- Status group - set a new status from the number previously added in the system settings, namely Settings -> Statistics
- Profit - set the remuneration provided for the achieved goal under the terms of the offer
- Expense - set costs, please note that this setting is relevant only for campaigns with a CPA cost model
- Description - if necessary, specify a description for the update.
In the end, do not forget to click Update
