Creating a Multi-user

To create a new multi-user:

1. Go to the Settings section.

2. Go to the Collaboration tab.

3. Go to the Multi-users tab.

4. Click +Invite user.

5. Specify the email address of the user to which the invitation will be sent.

6. Select user role:

- If you select the Worker role, select the workspace to which the user will be assigned.

- If you select the Admin role, the workspace assignment field is not available as administrators have access to all account workspaces.

7. Save the user settings.

Invitations that have been sent but not yet accepted by the user appear in the PENDING INVITATIONS table.

You can revoke the invitation by clicking on the delete icon and confirming the action in the window that opens.

Editing a Multi-user

To edit a multi-user:

1. Go to the Settings section.

2. Go to the Collaboration tab.

3. Go to the Multi-users tab.

4. Click the edit icon next to the multi-user email.

5. Change user role:

- If you select the Worker role, add or delete the workspace to which the user will be assigned.

- If you select the Admin role, the workspace assignment field is not available as administrators have access to all account workspaces.

6. Save the user settings.
