Multi-User Permissions

Role and Access of an Admin and a Worker

Updated over a week ago

Multi-User Permissions

The multi-user feature with the workspace feature allows to create complex campaign management structures where users occupy different positions and have different levels of access to workspaces.

The multi-user can have the role of an Admin or a Worker.

Depending on the role, the multi-user has a different level of access to the account.

Admin Permissions

Admin Role

One account can have multiple users with the Admin role.

An admin has unlimited access to all elements of the campaign in both public and private workspaces, as well as to all account settings, with the exception of the Subscription tab (settings related to payment details).

Admin Cooperation with Other Users

An admin can invite new multi-users with Worker role and assign them to workspaces, but can't invite and edit another Admin - this is the privilege of the account owner. More about creating and editing a multi-user.

Workspaces Management

An admin has the right to create new private workspaces, edit them and assign users to them. More about creating and editing a workspace.

Worker Permissions

Worker Role

A worker is assigned at least one private workspace where he can collaborate with other users assigned to that workspace, as well as run campaign funnels and track their performance.

A worker has unlimited access to personal workspaces, he can create and edit campaign elements of the assigned workspace.

When creating a campaign element, a worker can only assign to this element the workspace to which he is assigned.

A worker can use campaign elements from a public workspace in his campaign funnels, but he won't be able to create or edit these elements.

The statistics that the worker sees will be limited to the assigned private workspace only.

Worker Cooperation with Other Users

Other workers assigned to this workspace can see the same statistics and have the same permissions. This means that every worker assigned to one private workspace will have access to all campaigns and elements created in that workspace.

Campaigns and campaign elements created by a worker, and their statistics will be visible to the account owner, administrators and workers assigned to this workspace.
