- Why doesn't the transfer from the landing page to the offer (lander-to-offer link) work / why does it show “Error” when clicking on the lander-to-offer link?

This functionality works correctly if the following conditions are met:

- A visit must be registered (clicking on the campaign link or clicking on a landing page with a direct tracking pixel installed) before clicking on the lander-to-offer link.

- The domain used in the lander-to-offer URL must match the domain selected in the campaign.

- The domain used in the lander-to-offer URL must be parked, must not be banned / not paid.

There is a general condition or all types of campaigns - the connection protocol for the entire advertising campaign funnel must be the same (only HTTP throughout the funnel or only HTTPS throughout the funnel).

A funnel includes all the links used in it (campaign links, landing pages, lander-to-offer links or tracking pixels).

- Why doesn't the transfer from the landing page to the offer (lander-to-offer link) work on mobile devices?

This issue can be related to the cookie policy of some mobile device manufacturers. You can set up a redirect to an offer without cookies.

- Why doesn't the transfer from the landing page to the offer with HTTP protocol work?

If the HTTP protocol is used throughout the funnel, the problems may be related to the widespread tightening of the policy for working with cookies, most likely the HTTPS protocol is required for the entire funnel to work correctly (the redirect works without problems in older versions of the browser, but may be blocked in new ones).

You can also set up a redirect without cookies.

- How to make a lander-to-offer link (a click link) with HTTPS protocol?

Tracker links and pixels with HTTPS protocol are generated on the HTTPS domain selected at the campaign settings.

We do not approve SSL for the test domain. You need to add a custom domain parked according to this manual. http://help-center.peerclick.com/en/articles/4167835-additional-tracking-domains

Select a custom domain with HTTPS protocol as default (all new campaigns will use the default domain) or select it in the specific campaign settings.

The click link will be generated on the new domain and will have HTTPS protocol.

- Can conversions be registered on a landing page?

Adding the macro {clickid} to the link of the landing page and conversion on the cid value received on the landing page are prohibited. Conversions on landing pages contradict the logic of the tracker.
